Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused tool in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
